We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted garden setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused cedar planters in their original packaging. If your order doesn't perfectly fit your outdoor space, our team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Planter
Carefully disassemble the planter if necessary and place all components, including hardware and liners, back into the original shipping box to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cedar wood for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
